A: Established in 1960, Payne and Payne is a family owned and operated business serving the Sacramento Valley region for over 50 years. We’re proud of the strong relationships we’ve built with our customers.

Q: What advice do you have to make sure we get a good picture taken?

A: Consider practicing smiling with your student. This is the best way to get a natural smile. Wear colorful clothing. Have fun combining a favorite outfit with the many backgrounds that are available. Bold stripes, plaids, checks, and prints can sometimes be visually confusing and may not photograph well. If your student is getting their hair cut before picture day, try to have it cut at least a week in advance.

Q: How are payments made?

A: All payments are made online at the eStore before 8:00 the morning of picture day.  No cash, checks or money orders are accepted.

Q: Do you have promotions for me?

A: Yes. They will appear on our shopping sites at the eStore.

Q: My pictures came out really well but I didn’t order enough. How do I get more?

A: Ordering more pictures is easy at our Portraits & More eStore. There are many print size options and novelty products available.

Q: Am I able to make copies of the pictures I purchased?

A: No, not cool. It is very easy to order more high quality portraits and novelty products at our Portraits & More eStore. You can also purchase a mobile friendly digital image download for sharing, or an image CD for your archives to use anywhere and anytime in the future, copyright released to you.

Q: Does Payne & Payne do other types of portraits?

A: We only do school related portraits.
